Every year I say I am going to make my health a priority…. every year. My schedule is hectic being a mom to two girls and growing a business and it has left me with excuse after excuse as to why I don’t exercise!
Can anyone else relate?!
I have tried so many diets… Weight Watchers, Beach Body, Medifast, Atkins, Paleo, Whole 30…. they all work for awhile and then I loose interest and the weight slowly creeps back up.
I have joined gyms…. Planet Fitness has received $10 a month for years and I never make it there, genius business plan haha! I loved CrossFit and their culture but it is super tough on my body!
I have found a new program to try and I am hoping this is the one! Kaelin Tuell has created this AMAZING Lady Boss movement and I love her message and mission! I love to align with other strong women and I would love to hear your thoughts if you check out her program too!
